Now Hiring - Sales Representative / Automotive Parts in Idaho Springs, CO

Foothills Auto & Truck Parts located in beautiful Idaho Springs, Colorado is now hiring for full time counter sales position. Looking for individuals that can thrive in a busy face paced environment. We are an independently owned NAPA store with a second location in Evergreen. We serve both retail and wholesale customers in our area and are just a short 20 minute commute from the west side of the Denver metro area. Applicants need to be available to work a 40 hour week with at least one weekend day as we are open seven day a week. We are open until 6pm weekdays so no late shifts.

We are looking for employees with a strong work ethic and a sense of pride in their workplace. We are looking for people who do not arrive to work to simply survive the day but rather walk thru the door with a plan to do everything they can to provide a superior level of customer service and to accomplish the tasks at hand to keep our store clean, safe and cranking out the sales.

Qualifications Requested :

Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive field, preferably parts.

We offer a wide range of wages based on experience. An ASE certified P2 parts specialist with many years of experience can make up to $26 per hour.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion.

Must be able to be on time and ready to work for the shifts scheduled.

Must be able to legally work in the United States.

Must have a valid driver's license and preferably a good driving record.

Must be able to work with management/owner to continue to move our store forward, self motivated to stay focused and on task. Employees that take initiative will have opportunities to advance in our organization.

Must be eager to learn and have exceptional follow up to ensure we provide the highest level of service.

Typical day includes looking up, ordering and invoicing parts, putting away freight as necessary, performing cleaning and appearance tasks, counting down cash drawers, opening and/or closing store, and other tasks assigned. Light machine work (turning rotors, press work, etc.) at times.
